3-Day Return Policy Conditions

- Vehicles must be returned within 3 days of the purchase date and must have been driven less than 300 miles. A surcharge of $1.00 per mile will apply up to the 300-mile limit. - New or leased vehicles do not qualify for the 3-Day Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Policy. - The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered. - A 10% restocking fee will be applied to the total purchase price. Additionally, all non-cancelable items and any fees incurred by third-party contracts are the customer’s responsibility, in addition to the restocking fee. These charges, along with any mileage surcharge, will be deducted from the down payment. If the charges exceed the down payment, the customer must cover the balance in cash or via a cashier’s check at the time of return, and a mutual release will be signed. - If your trade-in vehicle has already been sold, we will reimburse you the amount credited for your trade, as indicated on the Vehicle Purchase Order. - The 3-day return policy is also applicable to out-of-state customers, who will be responsible for any additional fees, such as shipping and handling. The 3-day policy begins on the date of vehicle delivery. - Customers are welcome to have a third-party inspection conducted prior to shipment or purchase. - No reimbursement will be provided for any upgrades, modifications, or service costs incurred after the purchase. - The 3-day return policy can only be exercised once, on any qualifying pre-owned vehicle. - Please note that new or leased vehicles, as well as vehicles purchased for $11,999 or less, do not qualify for the 3-day return policy. Advertised prices are exclusive of tax, title, license, registration, dealer documentary fees, and finance charges. Most vehicles are subject to reconditioning fees and costs for dealer-installed accessories. These fees and costs are not included in the advertised price. A second key, floor mats, or owner’s manual may not be available with all pre-owned vehicles. While we strive to ensure accuracy in our advertisements, we are not responsible for any errors or omissions. Prices are subject to change, and vehicles are subject to prior sale.
